Have a perfectly cooked salmon fillet, complete with crisp skin and juicy meat. The salmon was soft and I was enthralled by it. Served with a side of champagne cream sauce, a delicious and healthy dish for supper.
三文魚煎得非常好,魚皮煎至脆身,肉質依然鮮嫩,伴上奶滑的磨菇香檳汁,雖然不至完美,但既好味又是紅肉外的清新選擇。
